The Bronx honored Pelham Bay Bridge's 100th birthday with Clydesdale horses, a marching band and a fire boat salute Wednesday.
Celebrants say a lot has changed since the bridge was constructed, starting in the 1960s when the first buildings went up around it.
Pelham Bay Bridge is said to be in good shape considering how many people cross over and underneath it.
The Grand Concourse is also commemorating its 100th year.
