Police: 1 dead, 1 injured after Flatbush shooting

One man is dead and another is injured following a shooting in Flatbush Wednesday, police say.

One man is dead and another is injured following a shooting in Flatbush Wednesday, police say.
Officers responded to the corner of Woodruff and Ocean avenues within the confines of the 70 Precinct at around 3:30 p.m.
When they arrived, they found an 18-year-old man with gunshot wounds to the chest and arms and a 33-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the abdomen.

Emergency Medical Services responded and transported both victims to Kings County Medical Center.

The 18-year-old victim was pronounced dead, and the 33-year-old man is in stable condition.
The identity of the 18-year-old victim is being held pending proper family notification.
There are no arrests and the investigation is ongoing.
