Police say a 14-year-old boy is recovering after being shot in the Wakefield section of the Bronx Monday.
Police say the boy was shot in the ankle on 228th and White Plains Road.
Police tell News 12 he took himself to the hospital and is expected to be OK.
No arrests have been made so far.
