Firefighters and the NYPD Arson and Explosion Unit arrived at 1045 Woodycrest Ave. Wednesday.
Police say an 18-year-old was stabbed three times and set on fire around 3 p.m. Wednesday.
One witness who lives in the building captured a brief video capturing some of the commotion as EMS and firefighters arrived.
The victim is in critical condition and was rushed to Harlem Hospital.
