Police say two people are dead after they were found unconscious in their home in Throgs Neck.

Investigators say they found the people receiving a call requesting a wellness check.

According to police, Jerlanne Rojas and Alex Cruz were found unconscious and unresponsive on the ground floor apartment of 336 Revere Ave. around 4 p.m. The bodies had no visible trauma.

Emergency Medical Services pronounced the 34-year-old woman and 38-year-old man dead on the scene.

Police say the incident may be drug related.
