Authorities say two individuals are on the loose after robbing a man in Mount Hope.
According to investigators, a 19-year-old man was on the corner of Creston and East Burnside avenues on April 2 when the suspects approached him. One of the suspects slapped the victim in the face while the other stole his property, then fled.
