Teen wounded in shooting outside laundromat in Tremont

A man is in critical condition following a shooting in Concourse Village, police say.

According to authorities, police found a 20-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the head Monday night on East 162nd Street.

The victim was transported to NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln where he's currently in critical condition.

It's unclear who pulled the trigger or what led up to the shooting.
