Jovan Young, 29, is charged murder, attempted murder and assault.
On Saturday, police say 10-year-old Justin Wallace was shot and killed on Beach
45th Street.
Authorities say a 29-year-old man was also shot, but he was taken to the
hospital in stable condition.
