Three people were shot in Soundview on Halloween night, police say.
The shooting happened just after 9 p.m. at the Soundview Houses on Randall Avenue.
Police say bullets struck two teenagers and a 24-year-old woman. One teen was shot in the head, and the other two were hit in the leg. All three are expected to survive.
Police have not identified the shooter. They ask anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
