Police say a man was fatally stabbed in the neck on Selwyn Avenue in Claremont.

According to police, the incident happened at an apartment building around 1:30 a.m.

Police say the 32-year-old man was pronounced dead at the hospital.

Sources say this was a domestic incident that broke out between the victim and a family member. A knife was found at the scene.

One person has been taken into custody and charges are pending.
