Police have arrested the parents of a 10-year-old girl who went missing from Manhattan.
Celine Hicks was last seen Wednesday at her middle school on the Lower East Side. An Amber Alert was issued, and she was later found safe.
Her mother, 39-year-old Jacqueline Hendricks, and father, 42-year-old Carlos Hicks, are both facing criminal charges. Celine lives with another family member.
Cops say the girl was taken by her mother, and that her father was also involved.
Both have been charged with custodial interference, while Hicks also faces aggravated harassment charges.
