A supposed suspect of a Bronx shooting was arrested in Philadelphia Wednesday for a separate incident involving attempted murder, police say.
Suspect Termaine Saulsbury is now in the custody of Philadelphia police after allegedly shooting two people in a tirade across the northeast.
Police in both Philadelphia and New York City were working together to catch Saulsbury. They believe the shooter in both incidents may have been the same man or that the two shootings were connected.
Back on Nov. 22, a suspect shot an employee at a Sunoco gas station on Boston Road in the Bronx.
Three days later, an on-duty parking authority enforcement officer was shot from behind outside of a nail salon in Philadelphia. Officers in Philadelphia were able to identify and arrest the shooter as Termaine Saulsbury.
Philadelphia police say that Saulsbury is also a suspect in the Bronx gas station shooting. The NYPD's confirmation on if Saulsbury is the man they're looking for is pending.
