Police in Wayne say the Corrado's supermarket suffered major damage after a driver crashed through the glass storefront.
The accident happened Tuesday around 3:34 p.m. at the supermarket located on Berdan Avenue in Wayne.
According to police, a woman in her late seventies driving a 2015 Toyota Camry crashed through the glass storefront.
Police say the vehicle came to rest fully inside the store. No one was stuck by the vehicle and the driver merely complained of pain and refused medical attention.
The Wayne Township Building Department responded and declared the building to be structurally sound.
Police officers found no indication the driver was impaired.
