A second suspect was arrested in a fatal Bronx shooting that happened in November, according to the NYPD.
Police charged Rashawn Pough with murder, criminal possession of a weapon and reckless endangerment in the shooting.
Authorities say they responded to the incident and found 28-year-old Courtney Howell dead.
One suspect was already arrested in January. Police say a third suspect is still on the loose.
