A man was arrested Friday after police say he threw a brick into Sen. Iwen Chu's Dyker Heights office.

Police say the man approached the office on Fort Hamilton Parkway and threw a cluster of bricks into the office window.

"This is an inexcusable act of violence and cannot be tolerated in any aspect of life," says Chu. "This is not just an attack on my office but everyone we serve."

No one was injured in the incident.
