Police are investigating after a man was found dead in his Fordham apartment Monday.

Officials say they found Cervantes Ramirez, 57, in his apartment at 2839 Bainbridge Ave. He was found unconscious with injuries to his face and abdomen.

Police say Ramirez was in a fight the night before, was uncooperative and went back home.
