Police: Man who fled police in East Flatbush apprehended, charges pending

Police say they apprehended the man around 2 p.m. near 470 Pennsylvania Avenue.

A 32-year-old man who ran out of the back of a police car in East Flatbush and fled Tuesday morning has been apprehended, according to police. 
Police say they apprehended the man around 2 p.m. near 470 Pennsylvania Avenue. 
Police say charges are pending at this time. 
Police say Moise Ferdinand fled the area surrounding East 53rd Street and Beverley Road at around 9:15 a.m. on Tuesday. 
Witnesses told News 12’s Katie Lusso that the man was asleep in his car in the crosswalk when police approached him and eventually took him into custody.
