Police say a 20-year-old man is recovering in the hospital and is under arrest after being shot by a New York City police officer.
Police say the man was part of a ring of teen robbers who set up scam apartment listings in Bed-Stuy.
Officials say the teens used the fake listing to rob victims who were looking at the apartments.
They say the suspect attempted to rob a plain-clothed detective with a gun Sunday, the detective shot him in the stomach.
Police say another teen is under arrest, and they are looking for a third suspect.
