The Bronx man gunned down on East 163rd Street Tuesday night was allegedly killed by his girlfriend's dad, police say. 
Anthony Sainphor, 26, was shot in the head in apartment 6E at 1018 East 163rd St. around 8:49 p.m., police say. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Matthew Peoples, 63, lives in the apartment and has been charged with criminal possession of a weapon. 
He had a slash wound on his arm, and police say he told them Sainphor attacked him with a knife in the apartment, where his wife and daughter were present.
