Police say a man was taken to the hospital as a precaution following a hit-and-run in West Farms Sunday morning.
The incident, involving three vehicles, happened shortly after 9:15 a.m. at the intersection of Daly and East Tremont avenues.
In surveillance video obtained by News 12, a dark Chevy truck is seen running a red light on Daly before being struck by a grey Toyota that is going through East Tremont. The truck then hits a parked BMW on Daly before driving off.
While nobody was in the BMW, the airbag did go off in the Toyota driven by a 74-year-old man.
Police say aside from being a little shaken up, he was walking around after saying he was not injured. However, he was taken to the hospital as a precaution.
