Police: Man wanted for questioning in connection to death of Theresa Gregg, another woman

Police have identified the man they are looking to question in connection to the death of a Department of Homeless Services officer.
The NYPD says he could be connected to another death upstate as well.
Theresa Gregg, 37, was found by police lying on her bedroom floor with puncture wounds to her neck at her apartment on May 13. On May 28, the NYPD found Tishawn Folkes-Taylor, 44, dead from trauma in Schenectady.
Authorities believe Timothy Taylor, 35, is connected to the two deaths. Taylor lived in the same apartment as his wife, Gregg on Bedford Avenue. Police say Taylor is about 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 160 pounds. He has a tattoo on the left side of his neck.
There is a $5,000 reward for any information leading to Taylor's location.
