The NYPD is looking for a man accused of attempting to steal a French bulldog in Manhattan.

Police say a man was following a woman walking her dog into an office building located at 61 Broadway back in June. The suspect followed the woman into the same space of a revolving door and attempted to steal the victim's French bulldog.

During the struggle, the woman's head was hit against the glass door. The dog was not injured, but the woman was sent to a hospital for a head injury.

The suspect fled the area in an unknown direction.

The investigation is ongoing.
