A 28-year-old man accused of attacking one of Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s staff members on Christmas Eve has been arrested.

Police arrested Christopher Guzman and charged him with assault.

They say Lisa Cavanaugh was hit in the back of the head with a brick in an unprovoked attack by Guzman as she walked down a street in Manhattan.

She was taken to Bellevue Hospital and was treated for lacerations to her head.
