Police are asking for help identifying a man wanted in connection for shooting two people in Morris Heights.

According to the NYPD, a 31-year-old man was shot in the leg and a 30-year-old man was grazed in the neck by a bullet on Nelson Avenue near Bandt Place just after 7 p.m.

Police say the suspect rode away on a moped.
