yesterdaySuffolk County detectives are investigating reports of shots fired in Deer Park Wednesday.
Police say multiple shots struck a residence on Irving Avenue around 1:50 p.m.
One neighbor tells News 12 that the block is usually very quiet.
"All of the sudden a police car blocks that entrance and blocks that entrance and then I saw him going blocks, you know house to house, checking cameras on people's houses," one person said.
There were no reports of any injuries.
