Police rescue cat stuck in drain on Story Avenue
<p>Police helped rescue a cat Sunday that was trapped in a storm drain on Story Avenue for more than a day. </p>

Police helped rescue a cat Sunday that was trapped in a storm drain on Story Avenue for more than a day.
Neighbors at the nearby Monroe Houses said they heard the cat in distress and called police to help get it out.
When the officers were able to safely remove the cat from the drain, the cat ran off into the apartments.
The cat seemed to have not suffered any injuries.
