4h agoPolice are searching for the gunman in a fatal shooting that happened in Brownsville Tuesday.
Police say a 31-year-old man was killed near East New York Avenue and Powell Street.
Police say the shooting happened around 11:45 a.m. Citizen App showed the scene just moments after.
News 12 is told the gunman shot the man in the torso before leaving the scene on foot.
Police say the victim was taken to Interfaith Medical Center and pronounced dead.
Police say no arrests have been made. The investigation is ongoing at this time.
