Police are looking for a second person involved in a deadly drive-by shooting earlier this year in Morris Heights.

On Aug. 2, Miguel Cruz, 47, of Allerton, was shot in the head outside Morris Heights Playground.

Police say on Aug. 28 a 17-year-old was arrested in connection to the shooting.

News 12 has been told the gunfire came from someone riding a scooter.The teen in custody is facing several charges, including murder.
