A suspect has been arrested for fatally shooting a 44-year-old man in Morris Heights months ago.

Police say Thomas Washington was shot during an argument over a previous drug sale in September. The shooter has been identified as 42-year-old James Hardy.

Authorities say Hardy faces multiple charges including murder and manslaughter.
