Police: Suspect wanted for attacking 12-year-old girl at Brooklyn subway station

Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a man they say attacked a 12-year-old girl Wednesday morning at the New Lots subway station.
Authorities say the girl was standing on the northbound L platform when the suspect came up to her and began yelling. He then grabbed her by the neck and threw her against a metal fence before fleeing the scene.
The victim was hospitalized and is now OK, according to police.
Anyone with information about the suspect is asked to call police.
