2ds agoA Westbury man is accused of raping a 5-year-old girl.
Police say 26-year-old Wilson Castillo Diaz was arrested on Wednesday. They say he illegally entered the country in Texas a decade ago.
Police say Diaz was arrested by Border Patrol agents, and released, but then never went to his immigration court hearing.
Authorities are asking anyone who feels they may have been a victim to call them.
