yesterdayPolice say a woman died after being stabbed multiple times in Queens.
They say just after 8:30 p.m. Saturday, officers found an unresponsive woman with multiple stab wounds on the sidewalk in Astoria, Queens.
First responders rushed her to the hospital where she was pronounced dead.
Police have yet to release her name or any details on what might have led up to this fatal stabbing.
The NYPD is calling this the first homicide of 2022.
