Four suspects are wanted in connection to a violent robbery against a woman in Port Morris, police say.

According to investigators, a 24-year-old was inside a Dollar Tree store on East 138th Street earlier in June when four suspects approached her. The suspects are accused of hitting her in the head with a blunt object, dousing her with bleach and stealing her cellphone after.

Workers at the Dollar Tree say that working at this location is downright scary, and that the job can bring employees face-to-face with danger.

"I wasn't here for that day. But the people that did attack have came here on multiple occasions," said one employee who did not want to appear on camera. She adds that the store deals with many people causing scenes or trying to steal.

The victim was taken to a hospital with a cut on her head.

Anyone with information on the incident are asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
