The incident happened at around 12:30 a.m. on East 21st Street.
Officials say a 53-year-old woman was shot in the leg and a 16-year-old boy was shot in the arm. They were both taken to area hospitals and are expected to be OK.
There is no word on what may have sparked the shooting.
Anyone with information is asked to call police.
