Portion of Bruckner Expressway to be closed during overnight hours beginning June 10

If you take the Bruckner Expressway in your daily commute, an overnight closure is happening that you need to plan ahead for.
The Department of Transportation says the Exit 50 ramp from the expressway to the Hunts Point Avenue and Bruckner Boulevard intersection will be closed overnight.
The closure begins Monday, June 10 at 10 p.m. and will conclude Saturday, June 15 around 5 a.m.
The DOT recommends taking Exit 51 instead and following the detour signs.
