President Donald Trump gave his blessing to the TikTok-Oracle deal this weekend. As part of the deal, TikTok owner ByteDance will own 80% of the newly formed company, TikTok Global, which will be located in the United States.
Microsoft inked a deal with ZeniMax Media to buy the company for $7.5 billion and own the rights to game publisher Bethesda.
Roku and Comcast have come to an agreement to allow Peacock to stream on Roku.
