Despite some New York City parks ending up in rough shape following Fourth of July festivities, Prospect Park largely looked it great shape Monday.

Prospect Park was clean and calm for the end up the holiday weekend. New York City's Parks Department gave credit to the Prospect Park Alliance for keeping things in good shape.

Parkgoers also said that the lively weekend provided a reminder of the city's comeback from the pandemic.
