11h agoProtesters called for the removal of President Donald Trump at a rally in Barclays Center on Thursday.
Demonstrators demanded that not only the president be removed from office before Inauguration Day, but that all of his supporters who sowed doubts in the 2020 election also be removed.
This rally was a direct reaction to the chaotic riot that broke at the Capitol in Washington on Wednesday.
The group marched toward Prospect Park and made remarks outside Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer's Brooklyn apartment.
Inauguration day is set for Jan. 20.
