Drivers will be paying more for gas this Labor Day, according to the American Automobile Association.
On average, it will cost people getting gas in New York $3.30 a gallon to fill up their tanks.
Traffic is still down from pre-pandemic levels by around 11%, according to Investopedia.
Relief, however, could be on the way as the price of crude oil has dropped.
The price for gas is expected to decline as summer travel slows and concerns over the COVID variants increase.
