Amazon-subsidiary Ring is recalling around 350,000 smart doorbells
after receiving reports of some of them catching fire.
According to reports, the
affected 2nd generation Ring doorbells
were sold
on Ring's website and Amazon between June and October of this year.
So far, there has been 23
reports of doorbells catching fire and causing property damage, as well as eight reports of minor burns.
Customers can see if their
doorbell is impacted by the recall on Ring's
website.
