Restaurants across
the city are open today, and have to prepare for another nuisance winter storm.
Outdoor setups
are being covered at the Lincoln Station Café in Prospect Heights to protect
New Yorkers from the snow.
There are also
heaters to make it warmer for those eating in the cold.
Other restaurants are fully covered with makeshift windows to allow for
airflow.
It won’t feel as cold as it does outside, but residents are still urged
to bundle up if they are going out to eat.
Some New Yorkers
could choose to wait for indoor dining to resume Friday so they don’t have to
deal with the winter weather.
When indoor dining does resume in New
York City, it will be capped at 25% capacity.
