Roosevelt man sentenced to 20 years to life for murder of deacon

A Roosevelt man was sentenced Wednesday in the murder of a 70-year-old Roman Catholic deacon.

A Roosevelt man was sentenced Wednesday in the murder of a 70-year-old Roman Catholic deacon.
Andre Patton will spend 20 years to life in prison for the stabbing of Patrick Logsdon. Police say Patton stabbed Logsdon over 20 times.
The incident happened at a home for homeless men in Roosevelt back in 2017.
Patton was found and arrested in Tennessee more than six months later.
Patton pleaded guilty in July.
