As Memorial Day Weekend arrives and a lot of people stocking up on burgers and hot dogs, one meat market is bringing the heat with its own twist…sausage.

Sacco Meat Market in Elizabeth serves up plenty of sausage and has been since the establishment was opened in 1947 by James Sacco. The shop is now run by James’s son, John.
