Santa, The Hulk and NYPD officers set out on their annual Brooklyn North Sleigh Ride Saturday.

NYPD Community Affairs Bureau Chief Jeffrey Maddrey says not even snow or the pandemic could keep the sleigh grounded.

This year, to avoid large crowds, they made specific stops - like at an immigration center.

They dropped off toys donated by a number of organizations, including the First Responders Children's Foundation, to shelters across the city.

Maddrey says he hopes this helps humanize the badge. He says they plan on bringing the sleigh back next year.
