Chilly with sunshine Wednesday on Long Island before more rain arrives

The sky will be mostly clear and colder tonight, with lows near 32.
Wednesday will be chilly but it's my pick of the week, with sunshine and less wind as well as highs near 50.
Temperatures warm up a little bit Thursday and Friday but our weather turns unsettled, with mostly cloudy skies and some hit and miss showers.
Most of the daytime hours will remain dry. Temperatures have the potential to warm up even more over the weekend, especially Sunday, but the weekend will end with rain followed by cooler weather next week.
