News 12 Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Darryl Green says New York City will see showers on Saturday morning before a mix of sun and clouds for Father's Day.
SMOKE FORECAST: Canadian wildfire smoke will veil the sky through the weekend. It will not be at ground level today, but some ground-level smoke can reduce visibility and air quality on Saturday afternoon, specifically after 3 p.m.
OVERNIGHT: Chance of evening showers and a possible storm, lows from the low- to mid-60s.
SATURDAY: Scattered showers and storms, highs from the low- to mid-70s.
SUNDAY - FATHER'S DAY: Sun and clouds, slight chance of a shower, highs from the mid- to upper-70s.
MONDAY - JUNETEENTH: Sun and clouds, highs from the low- to mid-70s.
TUESDAY: Sun and clouds, slight chance of showers and a possible thunderstorm, highs from the upper-60s to the mid-70s.
WEDNESDAY - SUMMER SOLSTICE: Sun and clouds, chance of showers, highs from the low- to mid-70s.
