According to police, the incident happened on November 21st at 4:30 in the afternoon inside of 192 East 167th St. A busy time for the area. A 28-year-old smoke shop worker got into an argument with the slasher. The argument quickly escalated into a physical fight; the slasher pulled out a knife and slashed the victim multiple times on the left side of his face. The victim was taken to NYC Health and Hospitals Lincoln where he was treated. He is expected to be OK. The slasher took off running towards the Grand Concourse after the incident.
