The heat is on, and some New Jersey school districts are going to have a half day or early dismissal.
They include Union Public Schools, which also will cancel all after-school activities, sports and events.
There are a handful of districts across the state with early dismissals or half days, including:
Wayne
Hamilton
Winslow
Prospect Park
Some are even making the adjustment for tomorrow as the heat continues.
