Tenants at 3160 Webster Ave. say they are fed up with constant elevator outages in their building.
News 12 visited this apartment complex back in November. Management was able to repair the elevator at the time, but months later, it's out again.
This building has multiple disabled and elderly tenants, including a woman who is wheelchair bound.
"It's just really inconvenient," says Rebecca, the woman’s daughter.
Keara, who lives on the fifth floor, is asthmatic. She says the constant outages become dangerous for her.
"It's horrible. I have to have people down the stairs with extra asthma pumps ready for me," says Keara.
She says it is dangerous not only for herself, but also for her 4-year-old son, who has disabilities.
"Just yesterday he was crawling up the stairs,” explained Keara.
News 12 reached out to the management company but they declined to comment.
