The son of late NBA superstar Anthony Mason, handed out Christmas gifts to children at Montefiore Medical Center.
Anthony Mason Jr. handed out gifts and played UNO with children at the hospital Wednesday, spreading Christmas cheer to those who need it the most.
The former St. John's basketball player says he's carrying on the legacy of his father by handing out gifts through his not for profit the Family on Three Foundation.
Mason Jr. says he launched the not for profit after his father passed away from a heart attack in 2015.
Mason Sr. played for the New York Knicks and the New Jersey Nets.
